Initial experience here was good. This review is about their customer service follow-up. We were supposed to get a call back about a repair quote. We waited 2 days. Called and were told the post-it note with our contact was lost/thrown-away. Ok. He promised to get the quote, again. Waited another 3 days, no follow-up. Called, a woman picked-up, transferred to him/Steve. He pomised a follow-up that afternoon. No call. Called yesterday and woman picked-up and said we would definitely get a call, and they were busy all week. Still no call. – Doesn’t make any sense for me to not get call after 4-5 attempts on a very simple repair.

My wife and I had our cars inspected at Wayne Carl Garage. My wife’s car also needed her fan blower control fixed. They fixed the issue quickly after diagnosing a bad relay. They are courteous and friendly. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and their technicians are well versed and competent to work on any make or model. They flawlessly took over our auto repair needs after Wes Jackson Auto closed. I would highly recommend Wayne Carl Garage for all your auto repair needs

It is hard to find a trustworthy garage but we have had nothing but an amazing experience with Wayne Carl Garage. My entire family now takes their cars here, no matter what kind they have or what the issue is. Steve is amazing and is always upfront and honest with us about the cars needs. Great customer service. This is an amazing auto mechanic location shop. They are so very professional and knowledgeable of any type of vehicle. If you are looking to have your vehicle repaired this will be the place and you won’t be disappointed. They had my car running like new.
The waiting area has such a wonderful story of History and in cars. A place where you will always want your car to be service.

Searching for a new garage this was recommended and I am estatic to have found them. Van worked on my inspection pointing out future issues while Keith and Steve shared the many things this garage does. Looking more like a Chevy museum, you will not be disappointed with this Limerick Twp garage.

I recently brought my 2023 Honda Ridgeline in for inspection. They completed the work, and replaced a few filters, but more importantly made me aware of a leak in my rear differential. Instead of offering to fix it, they suggested it may still be under warranty. It was, barely. So I had Honda make the repair under the warranty. I’m grateful that they found an issue not related to an inspection, and had the integrity to recommend the best way to address the problem.
